RORY GAUGHAN joined Act II in 2024 after managing the box office at Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble in Bloomsburg, PA, where he was also a performer with BTE Improv. He has served in management positions at City Lights Theater Company (San Jose, CA); Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (Hershey, PA), and the Bradford County Regional Arts Council (Towanda, PA). Rory interned at San Jose Repertory Theatre, and helped facilitate the Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination exhibition at the Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose. He appeared as Aaron in the 2013 film Always Learning, and enjoys taking the stage from time to time to act and improvise. A native of Schuylkill County, PA, Rory holds degrees from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg and San José State University, and is notorious for his love of 1980s popular culture.
