Introduction to Improv with Will Dennis (Electile Dysfunction; Electile Dysfunction, Hindsight is 2020 (now streaming at Act II Playhouse); The Fox on the Fairway, and Murray the Elf)

Classes will begin with ensemble building exercises and the fundamentals of improvisation, and will move on to performance technique and characterization.

Class size limited to 14.

Classes will be conducted via Zoom, link and login info will be emailed to you by Education Coordinator, Rose Marie Kettinger, prior to start of session one.

Fee $200, includes six classes of group instruction and a video of your final performance.

About the Workshop Instructor

WILL DENNIS joined ACT II in 2012 as in improv instructor and has been teaching comedy for over 15 years. Will has performed at the Playhouse in the popular role of “Murray” in the Murray the Elf Toyland Mystery Series of children’s holiday shows, as well as other productions, and was a co-writer and actor on 2016’s Electile Dysfunction. Will is married to Danielle (Commini) Dennis and they are the founders of UnScripted Productions in Newtown, PA; a creative studio devoted to improv and comedy. When not at UnScripted or Act II, Will teaches World Religion and Discernment at Villa Joseph Marie High School in Bucks County.
