Dear Act II friends and family,

Act II Playhouse’s COVID Safety & Health Policy

  1. Masks are required for all patrons and staff at all times
  2. Prior to entry, patrons must present Photo ID and either:
  • Proof of vaccination (vaccination card, photocopy, photo, or electronic copy)
  • OR Proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 36 hours.

How To Prepare For Your Visit

We’re really excited to be able to welcome you to the Playhouse, and recognize that new procedures can take time to feel familiar. We ask for your patience as we all learn together with the goal of offering you, our staff and our performers the safest space possible.

To stop by for a visit, please have a mask ready. To come to the Playhouse for a show, workshop, or class, our policy specifics are below. We suggest planning for an extra 15 minutes or so upon arrival, and please have at hand your vaccination or negative test proof, ID, and your mask. Audience and Performer COVID-19 Policy

Due to continuing concern regarding COVID-19 variants, Act II Playhouse will require audiences and performers to be fully vaccinated or provide a negative COVID-19 test in order to attend indoor performances beginning September 10th. We will also require patrons to be masked at all times during indoor theatre events.  Act II Staff members are fully vaccinated and will also be masked.  

Proof of Vaccination: Audience members and performers must show proof of vaccination along with photo ID at their time of entry into the Playhouse. “Fully vaccinated” means the performance date must be at least 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna), or at least 14 days after a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson).  Proof of vaccination may be presented as follows along with a valid ID: Electronic Copy, Photocopy, Photo. 

OR

Proof of Negative COVID Test: If unable to be vaccinated, guests must provide proof of a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 36 hours of the performance start time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 36 hours of the performance start time. No home tests will be accepted.  (This includes accommodations for children under 12, people with a medical condition, or individuals with closely held religious beliefs that prevent vaccination).
