You asked, and we listened! Act II Playhouse has made key changes in our ticketing software system, which will make it easier and more convenient for you to buy your tickets.

Act II has contracted with a third-party vendor to handle our secure online system, which is more convenient and user-friendly. You’ll now be able to quickly purchase tickets and immediately receive your seat assignments! In addition to Visa, MasterCard and Discover as credit card options, the new system also accepts American Express. An added benefit: your ticket voucher is printed upon completion of your order, thereby avoiding the box office completely! Just bring your printout with you and hand it to the usher.
With this change to print-at-home ticketing software comes a change in fees. PrintTixUSA, the company we are now using, requires that we switch from a per-order fee to a per-ticket convenience fee that is based on ticket price:
- $10.01 - $20.00 - 10% per ticket
- $20.01 - $25.00 - $2.50 per ticket
- $25.01 - $30.00 - $3.00 per ticket
- $30.01 - $40.00 - $3.50 per ticket
Fees for phone order purchases also change with the new software - to $3 per ticket, rather than $4 per order.
Subscribe to our four-show season will continue to incur one $5 handling fee for the order.
